CCV 2011 Best Research Paper Award
 
 
CCV -Cloud Computing and Virtualisation (www.cloudcomputingconf.org) is attended by academics and industry experts. As we are receiving notable contributions from International academicians, researchers, and industry professionals, we would like to recognize the best contributions to the cloud computing industry.

The following criteria will apply for the “CCV 2011 BEST RESEARCH PAPER AWARD”.

1)    Papers should make a significant contribution to the Cloud Computing & Virtualisation field and should be well written.

2)    Papers:

  • previously published; or
  • presented at plenary sessions of the conference; or
  • presented as a result of an invitation by the conference organizers, are ineligible for the best paper award.

3)    If a paper submitted for consideration for the best paper award has been submitted for publication or has been accepted for publication, this must be disclosed to the conference organizers when the paper is submitted to the conference organizers or as soon thereafter as possible.

4)    The paper awarded must be presented at the CCV annual conference.

5)    The selection committee for the best paper award will consist of a committee of at least 3 people established by the Conference Organizers of CCV.

6)    The award is to encourage quality and remarkable contributions.

7)    Evaluation criteria consist of originality, innovativeness, and technical strength.

Originality 40%
Technical Strength 40%
Presentation 20%

8)    To be eligible for consideration for the best paper award, papers must be received by the conference organizer by the time specified by the conference organizer.

9)    The winner of the Best Paper Award will receive a certificate and/or a plaque.

10)   The author of the paper awarded the best paper and his version of the paper for publication would be highlighted in our website for a year and also recommended for the publication of a revised paper in the International Journal of cloud computing technology.
