Notes:
1.We encourage payment in Singapore Dollars. Please refer to the current conversion rate to make payment in Euros (above prices in Euro are approximate).
2. Students should provide valid evidence of student status in order to avail discounted registration
3. The Conference registration fees are exclusive of delegates travel and accommodation costs
4. Purchase of Social Events pass by attendees other than conference delegates, is subject to conference organizers approval and discretion.

Delegate Registration Fee shall include the following:

1. Participation in all Plenary/Keynote Sessions, Technical Sessions & Seminars.
2. Conference delegate kit comprising of Programe Schedule, writing pad, pen etc.
3. Two Tea/Coffee breaks per day on all the days of the Conference.

Force Majeur Condition

In case of any unforeseen or unprecedented occurrence beyond the hold of the conference secretariat, where the conference is called off, due to natural disasters, epidemics, man-made civil disturbances or other mishaps of large scale, there shall be no refund or reimbursement of any fees or commitments.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

• In case a registered participant is unable to attend the conference, s/he may send a substitute to attend the conference. S/he must inform the Secretariat before one month from the date of the conference.
